Fanfic Ideas
So I have an idea for a Fanfic crossover.
I always wanted to know what will happen if Captain Benjamin Sisko form Star Trek accidentally transported to Babolyon 5 and had to explain the situation to Michael Garibaldi. Both characters are very different in attitude and style. I always thought it would be interesting and funny.

Did some thinking about how I can structure this Crossover Fanfic and have been looking at some fanfic sites for inspiration.
The Plan....
1. Sisko finds him self on Babylon 5
2. He gets in trouble
3. Sisko is arrested by Gariboldi
4. Sisko is taken to a holding cell and has an argument with Gariboldi
5. Gariboldi exits the room out of confusion and anger out what to do this crazy guy then BANG Sisko is gone.......
I will post the fanfics I have read shorty. Please let me know if you guys have any ideas, for this is so new to me I'm glowing green right now.
Here are some cross-over fanfics I found during my investigation from the above fan fiction web sites that were related to what I’m trying to create and that I could read to the end. There is a lot out there with wild cross-overs and great writing.

Summary: So this was a story where Ben Sisko through Q's intervention experiences the end of the Federation at the hands of the Dominion. Where humans are slaves and then the end of the Dominion thanks to the Borg( really angry machines ).
Critical Evaluation: This fanfic was about the exploration of what would happen if the good guys lost a key battle in the war with the Dominion. It was a good story there was a lot of tech words form the Genre so those no familiarity with it would be a little lost. Also very little written queues of who is talking but the writer used visual queues of spaces to create the gaps one could understand and keep up with the dialog.

Summary So this was the shortest of the fanfics I have investigated. Its a conversation between Captain Sisko and Mr Garak. They discuss the actions of Garak trying to kill the founders and political implications that it should have been afterwards.

The reader needs to know the dogma and the history between these characters to understand the issues at had which were deep and drawn out in the TV show.

Summary This story was about Garibaldi breaking up a fight in a bar. Hw reflects on Mr Morden who he believes started the fight. Then Garibaldi sees Allen Tigh and confronts her.
Critical Evaluation This story has a second person narrative. Its a crossover event in babylon 5 Genre with Ellen Tigh form the Galactica Genre in it. The story was short but can be picked up by most people for a quick read. There was one issue that made it difficult for me the section of reflection form Garibaldi " He hadn't threatened Sheriden with his resignation last month because he believed Morden was such a nice, deeply misunderstood guy. That man was scum, no question about it." Which was very confusing the first statement was out of character but the second statement was in character. I think the writer was trying to be funny but in my eyes failed badly with that. The rest was good and flowed well.
Summary the story is about Dukat form star trek and Mr Morden form Babylon 5 coming to Dukat and offering him a deal to help the Cardassians instead of the Dominion doing it.

There was some errors with ideology one Dukat was no longer a Gul and two Morden never likes being called or has never introduced him self as Morden always Mr Morden.

Summary This story is about Vei Cotto and Alywn a techno mage. The story is about the Alywn showing Vei Cotto the bad treatment of the Bajorins by the Cardassians in Star trek universe and how Vei's people will end up evil like the Cardassians.
Critical Evaluation this is a fanfic crossover form Babylon 5 to Star trek. I enjoyed it because it was different and the wording and setting is darker than the others. It hints on the darker side of war that star trek aways danced around but very rarely goes in to depth.

My next step is to watch some old episodes of each show and if no one has any extra suggestions I will attempt to write my first draft.
